Since 2012, Ellen has creatively facilitated groups and events to plan innovative strategy, resolve conflicts, gather knowledge and build teams using natural cognitive-behavioral techniques in supporting collaborative conversation.
Ellen’s use of visuals in the co-creation of group outcomes allows a picture, or live infographic, to emerge from the conversation, enabling participants to all play a part and understand how their separate ideas converge to reach the goal.
Working with organizers to design and lead events based on desired goals and cohesion of participants, Ellen supports and leads valuable experiences for groups of all sizes and backgrounds - from government leadership teams to global corporations, visionary nonprofits to technology startups, and everything in between.
Clients include the US Department of Defense, the United Nations, John Hancock Financial Services, Johns Hopkins University, Road Scholar, Gilead Lifesciences, the University of Maryland, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Stanley Black and Decker, and more.
Ellen facilitates events including conferences, workshops, retreats, leadership sessions, online collaboration and brainstorms.
Ellen also works to train others on her use of creative facilitation techniques and visual language.
